Description
The MEK-A-CASE™ is a single-operator, versatile, productivity-boosting machine built for accurate production of book and loose-leaf covers, calendar backs, posters, show cards, etc. Capable of randomly processing standard binding materials such as laminated paper, library buckram, binders board, chip board and any other non-porous material, using PVA cold emulsion adhesives.
It is the only machine of its kind in the world that achieves total manufacturing flexibility in single-copy runs where intermixed sizes are randomly processed with no set-up time whatsoever. For edition runs, only the exchange of inlay spools of different widths is needed to minimize waste. An adjustable joint gap is automatically set from an operator’s entry at the control keypad to produce covers for different styles of binding.
